The Wilson Combat 313S Hex Head Grip Screws are a factory 4-pack of replacement grip screws built specifically for the 1911 pistol. Machined from stainless steel and heat treated for strength, each screw features a hex head drive that uses a standard 3/32″ Allen wrench for installation – no slotted screwdriver to burr or strip during removal or grip swaps.
These stainless screws are sized to fit standard 1911 grip bushings and give the frame a clean, low-profile look on the side panel. The hex head design eliminates the worry of slipping screwdrivers and stripped slots, making future grip changes quicker and easier, while the heat-treat process ensures the threads hold up under repeated install and removal. Sold as a 4-pack so you have spares on hand for future grip changes or to replace a lost screw. An Allen wrench is included.
