The Timney Calvin Elite 520CEA is a premium two-stage drop-in trigger built specifically for the Remington 700 rifle in a right-hand configuration. Part of Timney’s Custom series, this trigger replaces the factory Remington 700 assembly with a precision-engineered unit designed to deliver a noticeably cleaner, crisper break.
The Calvin Elite is fully adjustable for pull weight from 8 oz up to approximately 2 lb and incorporates an adjustable overtravel screw, letting each shooter fine-tune the trigger to their preferred feel. The factory setting is an exceptionally light 8 oz draw weight, making this one of the lightest factory-spec trigger options available for the Remington 700 platform.
Construction combines a steel and aluminum housing with a curved trigger shoe finished in a distinctive Black/Gold color. The two-stage design provides a defined first stage take-up followed by a clean release, ideal for precision rifle work and hunting where trigger control directly translates to accuracy.
