The Springfield Armory XDS5901 is the factory magazine X-Tension sleeve engineered specifically for the XD-S in 9mm Luger configured with the 1 backstrap and the 3.30″ barrel.
Molded as a single one-piece design from durable black polymer, the sleeve slides down over the top of an extended XD-S magazine and fills the gap between the magazine base plate and the bottom of the pistol grip frame. The result is a clean, factory-matched grip profile that gives shooters a solid, full-hand feel when running higher-capacity XD-S magazines, while keeping the lines of the slide and frame uninterrupted.
