Description
The Springfield Armory XD-S Mod.2 Extended Magazine is an OEM factory 6-round replacement magazine built specifically for the Springfield Armory XD-S Mod.2 subcompact pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Its stainless steel body is engineered to the same dimensions and spring tension as the magazines that ship from the factory with the XD-S Mod.2, delivering reliable feeding in a compact, snag-free footprint suited for concealed carry and duty use.
This package is the extended configuration, including the signature Springfield Armory X-Tension grip sleeve in Flat Dark Earth. The X-Tension sleeve slides over the base of the magazine and locks in place, effectively extending the pistol’s grip frame for a fuller hand purchase, improved recoil control, and better handling during rapid strings of fire. It can be installed or removed without tools in seconds, so the same XD-S Mod.2 can be carried as a flush-fit subcompact or run as an extended-grip pistol at the range.
Manufactured by Springfield Armory and built to original factory specifications, this 6-round .45 ACP extended magazine with FDE X-Tension sleeve is sold brand new from Springfield Armory and ready to drop into any XD-S Mod.2 .45 ACP pistol.
