As a SCAR17-dedicated variant of Rugged’s proven R3 platform, the R3L uses the company’s snag-free, toothless Dual Taper Locking System to mount securely to their lineup of 7.62mm suppressors, including the Radiant762, Surge 7.62, and Razor 7.62, giving SCAR17 shooters a clean, reliable interface for flash reduction and suppressor attachment.
Finished in a durable Black coating, the R3L carries 5/8″-24 tpi threads to match the SCAR17 barrel and measures just 2.15″ overall length – adding minimal length and weight to the host rifle while delivering the field-tested flash mitigation performance Rugged’s R3 line is known for.
