Description
The Nosler Ballistic Tip Hunting is a premium 6.5mm (.264) reloading projectile built around a 120 grain Spitzer profile and engineered for predictable, extremely forgiving performance on thin-skinned game. It has long been a handloading favorite for hunters of antelope, deer, and sheep.
A color-coded polymer tip resists deformation in the magazine feed and initiates expansion on impact, while the fully tapered copper jacket is paired with a special lead alloy core to deliver controlled expansion and optimum weight retention at all practical hunting velocities. With a ballistic coefficient of .458, a sectional density of .246, and an overall length of 1.220″, the 120gr Ballistic Tip Hunting bullet offers reliable downrange performance for 6.5mm rifle handloads.
Sold in 50-count boxes. Reloading components only – loaded ammunition, brass cases, primers, and powder are sold separately.
