Description
The Maverick Arms 88 Security is a rugged pump-action shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge with a versatile 3″ chamber, built around an 18.5″ blued steel barrel and a 39.5″ overall length weighing approximately 6 lbs. Purpose-built for home defense and security applications, this model carries a 5+1 shell capacity through its magazine tube and is configured for right-hand shooters.
The defining feature of this 88 Security variant is the ATI Shotforce top-folding synthetic stock in black, which folds over the top of the receiver for compact storage and transport while still delivering a stable cheek weld when deployed. The fixed cylinder bore choke delivers a wide spread pattern ideal for close-quarters defensive use, and a simple bead front sight sits on the blued barrel for fast target acquisition.
The Maverick 88’s proven pump-action operating system includes dual extractors, twin action bars, and an anti-jam elevator for reliable feeding with both 2.75″ and 3″ 12 Gauge shells. The blued metal finish pairs with the black synthetic furniture for a classic, no-nonsense tactical look. This shotgun ships in New Condition, ready for home defense, tactical training, or range use.
