The Lyman E-Zee Prime is a universal hand-held priming tool designed to seat primers into cases comfortably at the reloading bench. Part of Lyman’s long-running line of reloading tools, the E-Zee Prime lets the reloader handle primers by hand without shuttling cases back and forth between the press and a separate bench-mounted priming station.
Built around a simple, rugged shell-holder-driven design, the E-Zee Prime accepts all standard shell holders from any manufacturer, so it drops right into your existing die setup. The tool is truly multi-caliber – it handles both large and small primers simply by swapping the included trays, so a single tool primes everything from pistol to rifle cases.
Two primer trays ship with the E-Zee Prime – one for large primers and one for small primers – and each tray has its own built-in primer punch assembly integrated directly into it. There are no loose small parts to fuss with or lose; the tray and punch are a single self-contained unit that snaps into the tool body.
