Description
The Kleen-Bore JAG229 Precision Jag is a barbed point cleaning jag designed for .38 Special, .357 Magnum, and 9mm Luger handgun bores. Its signature precision barbed point firmly grips dry or solvent-soaked cleaning patches, preventing slippage and keeping the patch in full contact with the bore wall during every stroke.
The JAG229 is machined to a caliber-specific fit that delivers proper patch tension inside .38/.357/9mm chambers and barrels, and it threads onto any standard cleaning rod using the common 8-32 thread pattern. This is the go-to jag for routine handgun bore cleaning before and after range time.
Made in the USA and sold as a single jag, the JAG229 is a must-have staple for any handgun cleaning kit and pairs naturally with matching Kleen-Bore bore brushes and cotton mops for a complete handgun maintenance routine.
