Description
The HSM Trophy Gold Extended Range in .308 Winchester is a premium hunting and long-range target load built around the 185 grain Berger Hunting VLD Match bullet. Berger’s Very Low Drag (VLD) hunting projectile is engineered with the highest possible ballistic coefficient to hold a flat trajectory and retain energy well past 300 yards, making it a natural fit for open-country big game and extended-range shooting alike.
Loaded to deliver a muzzle velocity of 2606 fps and 2790 ft lbs of energy, the Trophy Gold recipe pairs Winchester brass, premium primers, and new powders for match-grade accuracy and devastating terminal performance on game. It is the same handload-quality construction HSM uses across the Trophy Gold line, giving hunters and long-range shooters a factory round that rivals even the best handloaded ammunition.
Designed for Hunting applications and packaged in a 20-round box, this load is available in two purchase options:
- Box – 20 Rounds
- Case – 500 Rounds (25 Boxes)
