Description
The Hornady Heavy Magnum Coyote is a 12 Gauge magnum shotshell built for close-range predators, delivering a 1 oz payload of 00 Buckshot at 1300 fps. Loaded in a 3″ magnum hull, this heavyweight load is engineered to put down light-skinned big game decisively while keeping pelt damage to a minimum out to 50 yards.
Each shell is loaded with nickel plated lead 00 Buck, a proven payload for predator hunters who need hard-hitting patterns without tearing up the hide. The Heavy Magnum Coyote line gives coyote callers, bench patterners, and winter predator-control crews a single, purpose-built shotshell aimed at the 50-yard envelope.
At 1300 fps, the 00 Buckshot payload carries energy and reach that lighter varmint loads simply cannot match, all from a standard 12-gauge platform chambered for 3-inch magnum shells. A no-nonsense predator load from one of the most trusted names in American ammunition.
