The Hogue 28000 Rubber Grip is a precision-fit replacement grip sleeve with finger grooves for the Sig Sauer P228 and P229 series pistols. Built from Hogue’s durable synthetic rubber, it provides a soft, recoil-absorbing feel that is neither spongy nor tacky, so the gun stays comfortable and controllable across long range sessions.
The grip is molded in Hogue’s signature Cobblestone texture for a secure, no-slip hold, with finger grooves along the front strap that index the shooting hand and improve natural pointability. It is designed to fit DA/SA and DAK double-action variants of the P228 and P229, including the P229S and M11-A1 pattern pistols.
Finished in black and configured as a wrap-around replacement (no medallion), the 28000 installs in place of the factory grip panels using the original hardware.
