Description
The Haydels TC87 Triple Tone is a crow and hawk open call built primarily as a turkey locator. Haydel’s exclusive 3-position teeth setting lets the caller shift the call’s tone by adjusting mouthpiece placement, producing the distress cries of an adult, young, and baby crow from a single reed. Worked harder, the call can also reproduce the scream of a hawk.
Reactive crow and hawk sounds are a proven way to fire up a tom in the spring woods, and the TC87 is a classic non-electric tool for the turkey hunter who likes to roost birds or run and gun on vocal birds. It is a mouth-blown open reed call with no batteries, no moving parts beyond the reed, and nothing to wind up.
The call is built from clear acrylic in a simple, durable design that slips easily into a vest pocket or turkey bag. Lightweight, weather-resistant, and ready to run straight out of the package.
