The Haydels GHC Government Hunter is an open-call predator call engineered to pull in wary predators with the distressed cries of a cottontail or jackrabbit. Built from tough, moisture-resistant clear acrylic, this call is made for hard-use predator hunting schedules in the field.
The GHC uses a double-reed design paired with Haydels’ signature Coaxer voice. Blowing into the call produces a super gravely sound, while blowing the opposite end produces a high-pitched squeaker for close-in finishing work. By combining blowing and sucking air from either end, hunters can also coax out hyper-ventilating death cries – the panicked, dying-rabbit sounds that trigger hard-to-call predators.
