Trakr was a heroic german shepherd police dog who worked with his handler, James Symington to locate numerous victims and discover the last survivor of the September 11th attack on the World Trade Center.. Trakr and his handler were one of the first K9 search and rescue teams to arrive at Ground Zero. The Trakr vest aims to provide tribute to these heroes!
