Description
The Fiocchi Golden Pheasant Extrema is a premium 28 Gauge shotshell designed by Fiocchi specifically for upland bird hunters. Built around a true 2.75″ shell and loaded with a 7/8 oz payload of hard, nickel-plated lead shot in 7.5, this load delivers the dense, even patterns needed to put fast-flying roosters down cleanly at typical upland ranges.
The Golden Pheasant Extrema launches its shot column at a 1300 fps muzzle velocity, giving hunters a flat, effective trajectory and hard-hitting energy on target. The use of nickel-plated lead shot resists deformation in the bore and during flight, helping pellets hold a rounder shape for tighter, more uniform downrange patterns – a real advantage when threading shot through cover or making a long crossing shot on a flushing bird. A high brass base and plastic hull round out the construction of this dedicated hunting load.
Whether you are working a point in the Dakotas, pushing through a CRP field in search of wild pheasants, or spending a day at the sporting clays course, the Fiocchi Golden Pheasant Extrema offers the quality construction and field-proven performance upland hunters expect from the Fiocchi Extrema line.
