Description
The Dan Wesson Pointman (PM-45) is a full-size, competition-oriented 1911-style single-action semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Built around a forged stainless steel frame, the Pointman pairs a 5-inch match-grade barrel with an 8+1 single-stack magazine, making it a natural fit for range, defensive, and competition use.
The frame carries a beavertail profile, an undercut trigger guard for proper hand placement, and 25 LPI front strap checkering to lock the pistol in hand during rapid fire. The slide is a serrated, brushed stainless steel unit that reduces glare and provides positive grip for press checks and manipulations, and is finished to match the overall stainless steel frame for a clean, cohesive look.
Sights are set up for precision work: a fiber optic front paired with an adjustable rear sight for quick, intuitive target acquisition. A manual thumb and grip safety provides the classic 1911-style passive and active safeties, while cocobolo wood grips round out the package with a warm, natural contrast to the all-stainless finish.
This listing is for one (1) new Dan Wesson 01943 Pointman 45 ACP pistol with one 8-round magazine. MSRP $1,769.
