Description
The DAC UGC172 Universal Cleaning Kit is a compact, 7-piece field and bench cleaning set designed for 17 to 22 caliber pistols and rifles. It comes packaged in a slim clamshell case that holds everything you need to keep small-bore rimfire and centerfire firearms clean and shooting accurately.
At the heart of the kit are three solid brass rods built around a 17 caliber diameter. The rods thread together into a custom handle for safe, snag-free passage through the bore. The set includes a 17 caliber wire brush and brass bore brushes for both 17 and 22 caliber use, plus a 22 caliber slot tip for patch handling and a polishing cloth with 25 cleaning patches to finish the job. All brushing components are brass, so they scour fouling without damaging rifling.
The UGC172 is an affordable, go-anywhere cleaning kit that fits neatly in a range bag, truck console, or pistol case, making it an ideal companion for 17 and 22 caliber rimfire and small centerfire rifle and pistol platforms. This is a brand new DAC cleaning kit, ready to use straight out of the clamshell.
