Description
The CobraTec CTK-1 Large is an out-the-front (OTF) automatic knife built around a 3.75″ tanto blade in D2 tool steel with a plain edge for clean, controlled cuts. The blade deploys via an internal trigger mechanism and retracts cleanly into a high-grade aluminum handle finished in Army DigiCamo, giving this CTK-1 a rugged, military-inspired look.
Sized as the large variant of the CTK-1 line, this OTF knife measures 9.50″ overall with a 5.75″ closed length and tips the scales at 9 oz. The handle features an integrated glass breaker at the pommel for emergency use, plus a pocket clip for secure everyday carry. A nylon sheath is included for storage and transport, and all CobraTec OTF knives are backed by the maker’s lifetime warranty.
D2 is a high-carbon, high-chromium tool steel prized for its excellent edge retention and toughness, making it well-suited to hard-use EDC and tactical duty. The tanto profile reinforces the tip for piercing and detail work, while the plain edge delivers smooth, consistent slicing. Sized for users who prefer a full-hand grip with extra blade reach, the CobraTec CTK-1 Large OTF is ready for everyday carry, utility tasks, and backup defensive use.
