Description
Buffalo Bore Ammunition built their Strictly Business Heavy 44 S&W Special load (product code 14A20) for shooters who want serious defensive performance from a classic revolver cartridge. It drives a heavy 180-grain Jacketed Hollow Point at 1150 fps from the muzzle, producing 543 ft lbs of energy, a substantial step up from mild factory 44 Special loads.
Engineered primarily for home defense and personal protection, the heavy JHP is built to expand and penetrate in defensive encounters. It also makes a hard-hitting target and practice load for revolver shooters who train with the same ammunition they intend to carry.
This Heavy 44 Special ammunition can be fired in every 44 Special or 44 Magnum handgun and in 44 Special rifles, with the exception of the Charter Arms 44 Special Bulldog. Loaded with brass cases, boxer primed, non-magnetic, and non-corrosive.
