The Browning X-Bolt Max Picatinny Rail is a factory accessory engineered to mount directly to the forearm of X-Bolt Max rifles in the short action configuration class. Machined from lightweight aluminum and finished in a low-glare matte black, this rail replaces the rifle’s existing dual swivel studs to deliver a stable Picatinny-spec mounting platform on the forend.
Installation requires no permanent modification: the supplied hardware uses the rifle’s existing sling stud screw holes, so the factory studs are simply swapped out for the rail. Once fitted, the rail accepts any Picatinny-compatible accessory, from bipods and weapon lights to lasers and other forend-mounted gear – giving X-Bolt Max owners a clean, factory-fit mounting solution without resorting to aftermarket clamps.
Designed and built specifically for the X-Bolt Max platform in the short action chambering class, this rail measures approximately 0.80″ x 3.70″ x 8.90″ and weighs just 1.60 oz, adding a full length of usable Picatinny rail space to the forearm without bulking up the rifle.
