Description
The Black Rain Ordnance SSP is a semi-automatic AR-15 platform rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, built for accuracy and reliability in a feature-rich modern sporting rifle package. At its core, the SSP runs a 16″ SOCOM-profile 4150 chrome moly steel barrel with a 1:7″ twist and a standard A2 flash hider, housed within a free-float handguard for consistent lockup and accuracy. The optics-ready 7075-T6 aluminum receiver is finished in Midnight Bronze Cerakote with Black Nitride accents for a distinctive, hard-use appearance.
The action is fed by a nickel boron coated bolt carrier group and ships with a 30-round detachable magazine. Controls and furniture are configured for right-handed shooters, pairing an adjustable Magpul MOE SL stock with a matching Magpul pistol grip. Overall length measures 34.50″ at a carry weight of 7.50 lbs. The receiver accepts any standard red dot, holographic, or magnified optic, making the SSP a versatile choice for duty, defensive, or hard-use range applications.
