Description
The Barnes Bullets VOR-TX Rifle load in 7mm-08 Remington is built around the company’s flagship all-copper Tipped TSX Boat Tail bullet, delivering the kind of hard-hitting, lead-free terminal performance that Barnes has built its reputation on in the modern hunting market.
Loaded with a 120 gr projectile, this round pushes out of the muzzle at 3005 fps and produces 2407 ft lbs of energy, giving 7mm-08 shooters a flat trajectory, deep penetration, and the kind of downrange energy that puts deer-sized game down cleanly. The Tipped TSX (TTSX) bullet pairs a streamlined polymer tip with multiple precision driving bands and a boattail base, reducing drag in flight and initiating rapid, reliable expansion on impact.
Like the original TSX, the Tipped TSX is a lead-free, all-copper projectile engineered for double-diameter expansion and near-100% weight retention, transferring maximum energy into the target while complying with lead-bullet restrictions in many Western hunting areas. Brass cases are standard, making this load friendly to handloaders who want to reload the brass after firing.
Designed for the Hunting market and equally at home in target work, this new production ammunition ships in a 20-round box with 10 boxes per case.
