Description
The Armscor Rock Island AL3.1 is a medium-frame revolver purpose-built for concealed carry and home defense. Chambered in .357 Magnum and fully compatible with .38 Special ammunition, this double-action revolver pairs a compact 2″ stainless full-shroud barrel with a six-shot cylinder for a versatile defensive platform.
Built around a rugged stainless steel medium frame, the AL3.1 features a matching stainless cylinder and full-shroud barrel for a clean, all-weather finish. The double-action/single-action mechanism operates through an exposed hammer, giving shooters the option of a long, smooth DA trigger pull for fast follow-up shots or a short, crisp single-action press for precision work. A transfer bar safety and integrated drop safety help prevent accidental discharge when the revolver is carried loaded under any condition.
A ramp front sight pairs with a fixed rear sight for quick target acquisition at defensive ranges, and the black finger-grooved rubber grip provides a secure, ergonomic hold that helps tame .357 Mag recoil. The revolver weighs in at 27.52 oz and measures just 6.75″ overall, making it an easy-carry option for everyday pack use.
