The Outdoor Connection SSRE-1 Swivel Stud Rail Extender is a low-profile, no-gunsmith-required mount that threads onto a rifle’s existing sling swivel stud and adds a short section of Picatinny rail in front of the stock. It is an easy way to add a front accessory mounting point for a bipod, flashlight, laser, or other rail-mounted gear on a hunting rifle, tactical rifle, or shotgun that only came with a stud from the factory – no drilling, tapping, or permanent modification required.
The SSRE-1 is machined from 6000 series aluminum with a durable matte black finish, keeping weight on the rifle to a bare minimum while standing up to repeated field use and weather.
