Description
The Chiappa Firearms LA322 Carbine Takedown brings a classic lever-action carbine configuration to the .22 LR rimfire market. This takedown carbine pairs an 18.5″ blued barrel with a wood pistol-grip stock and an aluminum receiver, delivering a lightweight plinker, small-game rifle, and training piece at just 5.52 lbs.
Chiappa’s signature takedown design lets the action be quickly separated from the stock for compact storage and transport, making the LA322 a great companion for camp, cabin, or truck. A single-stage trigger feeds a tubular magazine with a 15+1 capacity, and the smooth lever action provides fast, intuitive follow-up shots.
Iron sights include a fixed front blade and an adjustable rear mounted on a dovetail base for easy optic upgrade down the road. The blued/black finish on the barrel and receiver pairs with a brown wood pistol-grip stock that fills the hand naturally. A hammer safety rounds out the controls, and the right-hand configuration keeps things familiar for traditional shooters.
At 35.5″ overall and 5.52 lbs, the LA322 Carbine Takedown handles like a much smaller rifle while keeping the familiar feel of a full-size lever carbine – an approachable rimfire lever gun for new shooters and a fun, handy trail rifle for veterans.
