Description
The Hornady A-Tip Match is a premium match-grade .338 caliber rifle bullet engineered for extreme long-range precision shooting. Each 300 grain projectile pairs a precision-machined, longer-than-polymer aluminum tip with a copper jacket over a lead core, shifting the bullet’s center of gravity rearward for dramatically improved in-flight stability. The perfected ogive profile and industry-leading ballistic coefficient of .863 (with a sectional density of .375) deliver flat trajectory and minimal wind drift, making the A-Tip Match a favorite of F-Class competitors, long-range hunters, and precision rifle shooters pushing the limits of distance.
Designed for magnum-class cartridges in barrels with a 1:10″ or faster twist rate, these reloading bullets come packaged as 100 projectiles per box (10 boxes per case) and are new from Hornady, ready for handloading into precision match and long-range hunting rounds.
