The Browning Citori 725 Feather is a lightweight, premium 12 Gauge over-and-under shotgun built around Browning’s signature low-profile receiver platform. The “Feather” name reflects its hallmark: a reduced-weight build that still delivers the durability, balance, and handling of a true Citori. At just 6.90 lbs, this full-size 28″ gun carries comfortably through long days in the field or on the clays course.
This break-open shotgun pairs a 28″ blued over/under vent-rib barrel with a 3″ chamber for flexibility with light target loads and heavy hunting shells alike. The barrel set is dressed with a single ivory bead front sight on the vent rib, while the Invector-DS Flush choke system ships with three choke tubes (F, M, IC) for spread pattern tuning across upland, waterfowl, and clay shooting.
The receiver is the Citori 725’s signature low-profile alloy design with a steel breech, finished in silver nitride and decorated with high-relief engraving. Browning’s FireLite mechanical trigger provides a clean, crisp pull, and the top tang safety offers familiar, intuitive right-hand operation.
The stock is a classic Grade II/III black walnut fixed-style design with a brown satin finish, shaped to bring the shooter’s eye closer to the bore axis for improved target acquisition and a more natural point. Overall length is 45.75″. Configured for right-hand shooting.
