Description
The Barnes Bullets VOR-TX line is premium factory-loaded hunting ammunition, and this offering pushes the classic .35 Whelen for hunters pursuing deer, elk, and other medium-to-large North American game. Each cartridge is loaded with a 200 grain Barnes Tipped TSX Flat Base bullet — an all-copper, lead-free projectile launched at a muzzle velocity of 2700 fps for a stout 3238 ft lbs of muzzle energy.
The Tipped TSX (TTSX) applies a polymer tip to Barnes’ proven all-copper TSX design to initiate consistent expansion on impact. This hard-hitting bullet delivers double-diameter expansion, maximum weight retention, and devastating energy transfer downrange. The flat-base bullet profile is seated in reloadable brass cases, and the .35 Whelen chambering is well-suited to traditional American bolt-action hunting rifles for medium-to-large game.
