Description
The Hevishot HEVI-Steel is a high-velocity, non-toxic waterfowl shotshell built in 12 Gauge for serious duck and goose hunters. Loaded in a 3.5″ shell, this load pushes 1-3/8 oz of 3 steel shot at a muzzle velocity of 1550 fps, delivering the speed and pellet energy needed to put down big waterfowl at extended ranges.
HEVI-Steel was Hevi-Shot’s first all-steel shotshell line, engineered to run at higher velocities than competing steel loads. The increased speed produces noticeably more kinetic energy downrange – roughly 9% more energy at 30 yards and 8% more at 40 yards compared to standard steel – while a precision crimp and custom wad cup keep patterns tight so more pellets reach the target. The steel shot payload is approved for use in areas where non-toxic shot is required for migratory bird hunting.
Each box contains 25 rounds, and a full case holds 10 boxes (250 rounds), making this an excellent bulk option for full-season waterfowl hunters.
