The TriggerTech Competitive Primary is a drop-in two-stage flat trigger built specifically for the AR-15 platform. At the heart of every TriggerTech AR trigger is the company’s patented Frictionless Release Technology, which produces a true Zero Creep break: the sear releases cleanly without any perceived movement of the shoe before the shot breaks, giving the trigger pull the crisp, predictable feel of a finely tuned 1911.
The Competitive Primary is configured as a short, two-stage pull with a fixed, non-adjustable 3.5 lb total draw weight, so there is nothing to set up or tune before heading to the line. The flat-faced shoe encourages a straight trigger finger placement and helps the shooter maintain consistent finger contact shot to shot, which is especially valuable in slow fire and competitive stages. Extremely short over-travel and a short reset keep splits fast between shots.
