The Springfield Armory XDM0003C is a factory Backstrap 3 for the Springfield XD-M Compact chambered in .45 ACP with a 3.8″ barrel. This textured black polymer insert is part of Springfield’s interchangeable backstrap system, allowing the shooter to swap grip size to better fit the hand without altering the pistol’s frame.
Built from durable polymer with an aggressive textured finish, the 3 backstrap installs over the magazine X-Tension sleeve on the XD-M Compact frame. It provides a larger, more secure grip surface for users with bigger hands or those who prefer a fuller grip profile on the compact pistol.
