Built around a 6-position, 7.8″ hard-coat anodized 6061-T6 aluminum tube with a slanted back profile, this assembly is a direct fit for AR-15 lowers cut for the commercial buffer tube standard.
Tube and thread dimensions are commercial-spec at approximately 1.17″ diameter, which matters when pairing this tube with a buttstock and castle nut: commercial and mil-spec buffer tubes are not interchangeable with the same furniture.
