Description
The Hornady Custom line delivers dependable, accurate factory-loaded ammunition, and this .50 Action Express offering brings that reputation to big-bore handgun hunters. Loaded with the legendary Hornady XTP Hollow Point, this 300-grain bullet leaves the muzzle at 1475 fps and produces a hefty 1449 ft lbs of muzzle energy, generating hard-hitting, controlled-expansion performance on medium to heavy game.
The XTP (eXtreme Terminal Performance) jacketed hollow point uses a serrated cavity that initiates reliable expansion across a wide velocity window, while the brass case supports consistent feeding, extraction, and reloadability. Each box contains 20 rounds, and ten boxes make up a full 200-round case – ideal for extended range sessions or for stocking up on hard-to-find big-bore hunting ammo.
Your purchase options:
- Box – 20 Rounds: A single 20-round box of Hornady Custom 50 AE 300gr XTP Hollow Point.
- Case – 200 Rounds (10 Boxes): Ten 20-round boxes for a total of 200 rounds.
