Description
The GrovTec GTHM69 is a horizontal hammer extension purpose-built for the Winchester Model 9422 rimfire lever-action rifle (marketed by GrovTec as the 94/22 fit). It extends the factory hammer spur to give the shooter a larger, easier-to-reach surface for thumb-cocking the action. It’s a welcome improvement on rifles fitted with scopes, where the ocular bell can crowd the original spur.
Machined from steel and finished in a durable black coating, the GTHM69 mounts directly to the hammer of the Winchester 94/22. The low-profile horizontal design keeps the extension tucked in close so it does not interfere with scope rings, iron sights, or the lever loop during cycling.
GrovTec’s hammer extension is a simple, drop-on upgrade that makes cocking the lever-action faster and more positive, especially when wearing gloves or running a low-mounted optic. Whether you use your 9422 for plinking, small-game hunting, or as a classic collectible rimfire, the GTHM69 delivers a noticeably improved grip on the hammer.
