Description
The Primos PS114 Diamond Cutter is a single-frame diaphragm mouth call built for serious turkey hunters who want a loud, raspy cutter sound that gets gobblers fired up. Part of Primos’ original Diamond Cut Series, this call uses a triple-reed design: one latex reed with an inverted diamond cut for a high, sharp start, paired with two super-thin prophylactic reeds that deliver the raspy, broken-up yelps, clucks, cuts, and cackles that cutting hens are famous for.
The prophylactic reeds are built to run a super loud cutter call, giving hunters the volume and rasp needed to reach distant gobblers or pull a hung-up tom into range. The latex reed provides a higher-pitched leading note, while the prophylactic reeds layer in the rasp and texture, making the PS114 an all-in-one mouth call capable of clucks, cuts, purrs, and yelps.
The PS114 features a compact, single-frame design that sits comfortably in the roof of the mouth and is operated entirely with the tongue and breath – no batteries, no electronics, just hands-free calling in the field. Whether you’re running and gunning, set up on a strut zone, or trying to coax a boss tom in close for a shot, the Diamond Cutter gives you a proven cutting call that fits in a pocket.
