The Warne M902/936M Maxima is a rugged 2-piece steel scope base designed specifically for Savage pre-2003 bolt action rifles equipped with the flat top receiver pattern. Part of Warne’s flagship Maxima line, this low-profile base delivers one of the strongest and most versatile scope mounting platforms available, providing the rock-solid foundation serious shooters demand for their optics.
Precision machined from solid steel and finished in non-reflective matte black, the M902/936M installs directly to the Savage flat receiver using the included 6-48 length screws. The clean, low profile two-piece Weaver-style design is a significant strength upgrade over traditional bases, giving you proper ring spacing and correct scope eye relief. Once installed, the base accepts any Weaver-spec ring set (rings sold separately) so you can mount the optic of your choice.
